Spanning a combined 90,000 square feet and employing up to 1,200 skilled professionals, our ECJ factories are Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) certified, ensuring compliance with strict labor and environmental regulations set by both China and the U.S. This certification underscores our dedication to ethical and responsible manufacturing practices.
ECJ91 is renowned as the largest special-order jewelry factory in the world. Specializing in personalized, custom, bridal, and fashion diamond and gemstone orders, it boasts a daily capacity of up to 10,000 special orders, having produced and shipped over 5 million special orders to date. Our clients, including A&I, benefit from the factory's ability to handle complex and unique jewelry pieces with precision and care.
On the other hand, ECJ80 excels in mass production orders, with a daily capacity of up to 20,000 units.This factory has produced and shipped over 30 million mass production orders, serving clients such as Coloron. Its focus on high-volume production ensures that we can meet large-scale demands while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Both factories are equipped with tailored IT systems that track and monitor orders at every stage of production. This ensures short production times and swift communication between all departments, from live orders to shipping status. Our specialized departments include a Design Department with 25sketch artists creating innovative designs, a CAD Department with 150 experienced designers developing thousands of new products each year, and a 3D Printing Room equipped with 5 advancedUS printers with a capacity of up to 500 unique wax models daily.
Additionally, our Engraving department features 75 laser engraving machines for fine jewelry and 5 knife engraving machines for titanium and stainless steel jewelry, all connected to our backend system.
