Ilan Lavian is the Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Top Jewels Group, a global leader in jewelry design, manufacturing, and distribution.

He began his jewelry career in 1991 as a gemstone salesman with Kingstone Gems Importer Inc. in New York City. Over the next decade, his expertise, determination, and deep market insight earned him the role of General Sales Manager.

In 2000, Ilan relocated to Los Angeles to found Coloron Jewelry Inc., a colored-stone jewelry wholesaler serving major retailers and department stores across the United States. Under his leadership, Coloron grew into one of the nation’s largest jewelry wholesalers.

Anticipating the industry’s shift toward customization and speed, Ilan launched A&I Inc. in 2009, the group’s special order and custom manufacturing division. What began as a small facility in Guangzhou, China, has evolved into a global manufacturing powerhouse with five factories across China, India, and Thailand—employing more than 3,000 people.

Blending tradition with innovation, Ilan leads with a global vision—successfully navigating diverse markets, time zones, and cultures. His leadership is defined by passion, continuous growth, operational excellence, and a relentless drive to set new standards in the jewelry industry.

Outside of work, Ilan enjoys time with his family and his two dogs, Niko and Shuki.

Angela Tverskoy began her career in the jewelry industry in 2006 as the CFO of Bridal Line, a company specializing in bridal jewelry. Her sharp financial acumen and leadership quickly led her to expand her role, eventually serving as CFO for six prominent jewelry companies.

Fueled by a deep passion for jewelry design and a hands-on understanding of how to build a jewelry business from the ground up, Angela co-founded A&I Inc. in 2008 alongside Ilan Lavian and Yuri Mordovskoi. The trio shared a vision for innovation, personalization, and technological integration in jewelry manufacturing.

Initially launched as an e-commerce platform for personalized jewelry, A&I rapidly evolved under Angela’s leadership. As President, she has played a critical role in client engagement, product development, and the integration of A&I’s proprietary customization technology into the digital platforms of major global retailers.

Angela’s vision and drive helped grow A&I from a single factory in Guangzhou, China, into a global leader in custom jewelry design and manufacturing. Today, the company operates five factories across China, India, and Thailand, employs over 3,000 people, and supports thousands of live designs across the world’s largest retail platforms.

Her journey is a testament to innovation, determination, and a true love for the artistry and business of fine jewelry.

Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her two dogs, Vinny and Luca.

Sako Baderian is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Coloron Jewelry.

After high school, he pursued a four-year degree in computer engineering before beginning his jewelry career in 1999 as a diamond setter. His dedication and skill quickly advanced him to the role of factory manager, where he oversaw more than 80 workers across casting, setting, finishing, and quality control. This hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of craftsmanship and a broad knowledge of the jewelry industry.

Since joining Coloron in 2003, Sako has been a cornerstone of the company’s leadership. He oversees production, sourcing, and daily operations across all divisions, playing a vital role in driving growth and sustaining success.

Outside of work, Sako is a passionate sports fan and a devoted Real Madrid supporter. He also enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife, Delmy, and their son, Chris.

Yuri Mordovskoi is Chief Technology Officer of A&I Inc. A true innovator, Yuri brings decades of experience at the intersection of technology and industry. Originally from Moscow, Russia, Yuri began his career in artificial intelligence and later moved to the United States, where he worked as a software engineer at NASA. He eventually transitioned into the jewelry industry, serving as CTO of Bidz.com.

In 2008, Yuri partnered with Ilan and Angela to launch A&I Inc. He built the company’s entire technology infrastructure from the ground up, creating a proprietary IT system that seamlessly connects A&I’s product configurator to a real-time manufacturing platform—tracking production at every step on the factory floor.

Under Yuri’s leadership, A&I became a pioneer in jewelry technology, introducing one of the industry's first online configuration systems for e-commerce. Today, he leads a global team of engineers dedicated to enhancing A&I’s technological edge and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in jewelry manufacturing and customization.

Yuri resides in California, and enjoys traveling and spending time with his dog, Hendrich.

Vikas Dangayach is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VD Jewels Artison Pvt. Ltd., based in Mumbai, India. A self-made entrepreneur, Vikas began his journey in the jewelry industry after moving from Jaipur to Mumbai to pursue a career in the colored stone trade.

He quickly made a name for himself, supplying colored stones to leading players in both the Indian and international markets.

In 2020, Vikas partnered with Ilan Lavian to establish VD Jewels, a jewelry manufacturing company. What began as a small facility in the SEEPZ zone has grown into a major operation with two large factories—one in SEEPZ and a newly launched, state-of-the-art 8-story facility in MIDC, which opened in December 2024. This new unit focuses on production for the domestic Indian market.

Under Vikas’ leadership, VD Jewels is rapidly expanding across Asia, the U.S., and the Middle East. He is also guiding the next generation of leadership, working alongside his son, Yash Dangayach.

Looking ahead, Vikas is spearheading the launch of Guyal, a retail jewelry brand targeting the Indian market, with plans to open brick-and-mortar stores across the country. He also continues to drive international manufacturing expansion to meet growing global demand.

In his free time, Vikas enjoys spending time with his wife and twin children, Yash and Nandini, and visiting his hometown of Jaipur.

Ernest Chan is the Co-Founder and President of ECJ HK Company Limited, headquartered in Hong Kong with two large-scale manufacturing facilities in Guangzhou, China. With over 50 years of experience in the jewelry industry, Ernest is a seasoned veteran and one of the most respected figures in the field.

He began his career in sales at T&T Jewellery in Hong Kong, building a deep understanding of the business from the ground up. After many years of successful collaboration, Ernest partnered with Ilan Lavian in 2008 to establish their own manufacturing operation in China. What began as a small unit in the Panyu district of Guangzhou has since grown into a state-of-the-art, 90,000-square-foot production powerhouse, spanning two factories and employing over 1,500 highly skilled workers.

ECJ’s factories are among the first of their kind—fully dedicated to special order jewelry. Capable of producing and shipping up to 10,000 unique orders per day, the operation is made possible by cutting-edge systems, rigorous quality control, and expert management. ECJ is also home to the largest CAD team in the jewelry industry, with over 150 trained designers.

Under Ernest’s leadership, ECJ has become the manufacturing backbone of the group, enabling its businesses across the U.S. and international markets to scale rapidly and efficiently. Over the last 16 years, Ernest has built ECJ into the gold standard for jewelry manufacturing worldwide.
